We can deliver to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. International Shipping Customs Information
We charge $30.00 to ship internationally. (Excluding our Aussie neighbours). Your order may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Returns and Exchange Information
Glass Bead Jewelry designed by Sally Jane Smith is made to be treasured. If for any reason you’re not delighted with the jewellery you receive, we will happily accept returns within four weeks of purchase, provided the item has not been worn and is intact.
How to return jewelry:
- Email us at beadsbysallyjane@gmail.com to let me know within four weeks.
- Re-package beads and include proof of purchase.
- Write your name and postal address on the back of the package.
