
It’s winter time, that time of winter when you wish it was over, fires are great, soup is great, big cosy sweaters are fun but enough already. It’s time for sunshine days and wide open windows and pesto that is bright green. I did discover a pesto recipe made from parsley stalks which is bright green and very yummy. The beads I am making at the moment are getting brighter and brighter as the sun gets lower and lower. Great big bouncing glass beads in red, yellow and blue to go with the pesto and the green peas out of the freezer.
